Hotel e-gift vouchers can only be used at W Hong Kong's rooms, restaurants, or bliss®spa only
Hotel e-gift vouchers must be redeemed and used at W Hong Kong within one year after the issuance date, and no extensions will be allowed

Each hotel e-gift voucher can only be used once, and there will be no refund for the unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be carried forward nor combined
Hotel e-gift voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash
Multiple hotel e-gift vouchers can be used for each purchase
Defaced, altered, expired, and copied e-gift vouchers are invalid, and any claim for loss will not be entertained
Hotel e-gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts
Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon e-gift voucher redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members
W Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if the hotel e-gift voucher is lost or stolen

bliss®spa reservations office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If any reservation is placed outside of office hours, it will be processed on the following day's office hours
